How we do it
Before we talk panels, we fly a drone over your home.

The drone circles your whole house and takes hundreds of photos. From them we build a 3D model with every measurement, pitch and obstacle.
02 · 3D model
We design on your real roof, not on a rough drawing.
03 · Solar study
We simulate the sun’s path hour by hour. Shadows from trees and neighbours decide where each panel goes.
04 · Design
10 panels · 5.5 kWp on the strip that stays out of the shade all day.
05 · Installation
The DC board protects the panels, the inverter turns their energy into power for your home, and the AC board distributes and protects it. RETIE-certified installation.
06 · Your bill
Example: a home in Cartagena using 600 kWh a month at the Afinia rate of COP $906/kWh. Your savings depend on your consumption and your roof.

In the 2023-24 event the grid tariff rose 35 %. IDEAM has confirmed that El Niño 2026-27 has begun, with a 63 % chance of reaching «very strong» between November and January.

FAQ
With a PPA, available to businesses only, you don't invest: we install and operate the system, and the business only pays for the energy it consumes, cheaper than the grid. With the installation sale, the option for homes and for businesses too, you buy the system, the asset is yours and long-term savings are higher. Not sure which fits you? It depends on whether it's for your home or your business. Businesses can start with the PPA model, with no upfront investment: we install and maintain the system, and the business only pays for the energy it uses. Homes buy their own system; the PPA is not available to residential clients.
No. The PPA is for businesses only (shops, industry and other companies). For residential clients the model is the installation sale: you buy the system, it's in your name and all the savings are yours. Calculate your savings to see what it costs and how fast it pays back.
The PPA contract can be transferred to the new owner, who usually values it since they inherit cheaper energy. There are also options to end the contract early. We'll review the best path with you.
Most roofs are. We assess orientation, tilt, shading and structure at no cost before proposing a design. We also install on canopy or ground-mounted structures when that's the best option.
Solar systems are low-maintenance (usually periodic cleaning). Under the PPA, maintenance is on us. Panels typically carry a 25-year production warranty and inverters 5–10 years, depending on the manufacturer.
They produce less on cloudy days and nothing at night, but the system complements the grid: you use solar when the sun is out and the grid the rest of the time. With bidirectional metering, the surplus you export is credited on your bill.
